Client Services Manager

A well-established, independent wealth management practice is seeking a highly organized and client-focused professional to serve as Manager of Client Services. This individual will play a key role in delivering a high-touch client experience, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. This is a full‑time, in‑office position based in the St.Louis area. The team offers a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional service and long‑term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and day‑to‑day needs Coordinate with custodians and third‑party partners to support client account activity Prepare and manage client documentation, agreements, and account‑related paperwork Support client meetings by gathering data, updating records, and assisting with agenda preparation Facilitate client communications across multiple channels including phone, email, and in‑person interactions Track and manage follow‑up items to ensure timely completion of client requests Assist with onboarding new clients, including documentation and process coordination Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records within CRM and internal systems Organize and manage electronic and/or physical client files Process client transactions and requests in a timely and accurate manner Contribute to a team‑oriented environment with a strong emphasis on service excellence Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience, ideally within financial services or a client‑facing environment Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools Experience working with custodians or financial platforms is a plus Familiarity with CRM systems and back‑office software preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Positive, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless, high‑quality experience.
