We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team and support high-volume warehouse recruiting needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring for warehouse positions, and possess the flexibility to accommodate weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Recruiting : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events, to attract top talent.
• Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely staffing of positions.
• Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
• Weekend Flexibility : Be available to work weekends as needed to accommodate hiring events or urgent recruitment needs.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum 1 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Flexibility : Availability to work weekends and adjust schedules as needed based on business demands.
• Skills : Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
