Position Title: Vice President of Accounts Receivable

Location: Los Angeles, California

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Experience: Senior AR leadership experience in skilled nursing required

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive program

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare accounts receivable
• Skilled nursing billing and reimbursement expertise required
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement
• Experience managing AR teams across multiple facilities
• Proven ability to reduce AR days and improve collections performance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts receivable operations across the skilled nursing portfolio
• Monitor AR metrics including aging, collections, and reimbursement trends
• Lead AR teams and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with billing and reimbursement regulations
• Partner with finance and executive leadership to improve financial outcomes
