Job Description

·         Drive revenue growth, expand into new markets, and lead the company's global sales strategies as a hands-on executive leader

·         Partner closely with the President to align strategic vision with tactical execution in complex, technical sales environments

·         Identify and penetrate underdeveloped markets to diversify the company's revenue streams

·         Grow the bottom line by increasing market diversity across appliance, industrial, medical, and general market segments

Key Requirements

·         Minimum 7+ years of experience managing teams of at least 20 people

·         BS Degree required; Engineering Degree strongly preferred

·         Demonstrated career stability with a proven track record of growing underperforming markets

·         Must have a background in highly engineered products
