Operate access control systems, utilize a computer for incident reports, navigate security software systems or applications and use email. Demonstrate strong customer service skills, professional demeanor, and appearance. Demonstrate experience managing multiple tasks, executing radio and telephone communications and performing in a high-pressure environment Other duties to be determined by security supervisor Qualifications Applicants must meet one or any reasonable combination of the following requirements: Two years of customer service experience Must have Winteams experience Two years of security experience Law Enforcement Experience Corrections Experience Military Experience Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice or something similar Requirements Valid state licensing, if applicable 21 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Technology skills: utilize a computer for incident reports, operate security software systems or applications, use email. Must have WinTeams experience Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor and appearance. Experience managing multiple tasks, executing radio and telephone communications while performing in a medium to high pressure environment with frequently changing and/or competing demands. Familiarity with report writing Excellent surveillance and observation skills Possess above average written and verbal communication skills.
