Location: Chicago, IL - Loop (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract (into Q1 2027)
Pay Rate: $35-$43/hour
Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across a variety of corporate functions, including operations, IT, HR, and professional services. This role is ideal for a driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage full-cycle recruitment while partnering closely with hiring leaders.
Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies
  
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking strategies
  
  
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture
  
  
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization and strong communication
  
• Maintain accurate data and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruitment experience
  
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
  
  
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive candidates
  
• Experience working with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar)
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
