What You'll Do This unique position combines your hands-on caregiving knowledge with office-based responsibilities. Recruit and connect with prospective caregivers. Conduct telephone screenings and in-office interviews. Assist with onboarding, orientations, and caregiver training. Introduce caregivers to clients and help ensure successful placements Provide hands-on coaching and support to caregivers in the field. Help coordinate coverage for call-offs and urgent staffing needs. This position is approximately 80% office-based and 20% field-based. You will work from our Bingham Farms office with regular travel throughout the service area. Prior Office or administrative experience preferred Strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to adapt to changing needs Availability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and shared on-call duties. Must maintain a valid driver license, current car insurance and vehicle registration, and have a reliable personal vehicle. Compensation $21-$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
