Position LifeStance Health is immediately hiring part‑time and full‑time licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) with excellent communication skills and clinical acumen. This opportunity may be split between providing integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy. The position is ideal for clinicians who have experience working with people across the lifespan, using empirically supported treatment, have worked in a primary care environment, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting. Responsibilities Integrated Care Clinicians are embedded within a pediatric office and are integral to pediatric teams. Work with primarily pediatric and adolescent patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns using evidence‑based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatments. Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and frequently consult with medical professionals. Work efficiently in a quick pace, think well on their feet, and value interdisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) with clinical experience. Strong communication skills and proven clinical acumen. Experience providing empirically supported treatment across the lifespan. Experience working within a primary care or pediatric environment is preferred. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting with interdisciplinary teams. Compensation & Benefits Compensation model based on productivity, ranging from $75,000 – $100,000 a year. Flexible scheduling with 3‑5 days telehealth available. Above‑average W2 compensation.
