Job Description

Assist the Property Manager with day‐to‐day building operations
Serve as a point of contact for residents regarding service requests, building issues, and general inquiries
Track, follow up, and document maintenance and repair requests
Maintain accurate property records, logs, and reports
Support move‐ins, move‐outs, and resident communications
Assist with compliance, inspections, and building notices
1–3 years of experience in property management/real estate
Familiarity with NYC residential buildings is a plus
