PACU Registered Nurse

Hiring: PACU Registered Nurse (RN) — Night Shift Location: 520 West 10th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43210 Start Date: 07/13/2026 Shift: Night shift; 8‑hour shifts. Total: 40 hours per week. Licensure & Certifications: RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. Level 1 Trauma experience required. Hourly Rate: $55.90/hr . Responsibilities Provide post‑anesthesia care unit (PACU) nursing for patients recovering from anesthesia. Perform safe, timely assessments and interventions during the post‑op period. Monitor and respond to patient status changes, including telemetry needs when applicable. Support complex patient care, including ventilator (vent) management. Work a night schedule that includes weekend and holiday coverage. Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications Required Current RN license. ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. Level 1 Trauma experience. Preferred Experience with telemetry. Experience caring for ventilator (vent) patients. About the Assignment Night‑shift coverage within a fast‑paced clinical environment. The schedule varies between five 8‑hour shifts (11 p.m.–7 a.m.) and two 8‑ or 12‑hour shifts (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) when covering weekends. No on‑call duties at this time.
