Child & Family Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) - Hybrid, Burr Ridge, IL

You'll join an engaged team at an established practice with a strong referral network of children and families waiting for care, and you'll build your caseload at a steady, manageable pace with your team's support behind you the whole way. That's the job at Life Insight's Center for Families in Burr Ridge, for a Child & Family Therapist ready to do real clinical work in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Life Insight Therapy Collective has spent 18 years building a reputation for clinical excellence across Hinsdale and Burr Ridge, Illinois, through our dedicated Center for Families program for children ages 3 to 22. We believe the client experience starts with the first phone call, and our active admin team handles intake, billing, and scheduling, so you can focus on great clinical work.

You'll build your caseload consistently, supported by our team, an active referral network, and a waitlist of families already seeking care. You'll grow your clinical skills through multiple consultation groups, experienced colleagues, and clinical leaders dedicated to your growth.

What You'll Do:

• Carry a growing caseload that builds toward about 25 clients a week, blending in-person and telehealth sessions with children, teens, and families
• Build real clinical relationships through thorough assessment and treatment planning tailored to each child's developmental stage and family system
• Respond to client communication within 24 hours, so no family waits longer than a day to hear back
• Keep documentation current, including intake forms, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination summaries

What You Bring:

• A master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Active Illinois licensure or eligibility to sit for licensure (PhD, PsyD, DSW, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LSW, AMFT)
• At least 2 years providing therapy in a clinical setting
• Experience working with kids and/or families
• Availability for at least two evenings per week and/or weekend hours based on client need
• Willingness to build toward a full caseload of approximately 25 client sessions weekly
