Business Analyst

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Onsite 4 days per week

Rate: $55-$60

This role will help in defining a structured fraud logging capability in ServiceNow, focusing on analysis, requirements gathering, benchmarking, screen mockups, workflow documentation, and planning for migration of historical fraud data from SharePoint.

Key deliverables include requirements/user stories, benchmarking summary, annotated mockups, workflow/process maps, data model, migration plan, user aids, and UAT test cases.

Required Experience includes:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst on system implementation, workflow, or process-design projects
• Data analysis proficiency (Excel required) for profiling and validating datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to produce screen mockups / wireframes and translate them into build-ready specifications (e.g., Figma, Lucid, Balsamiq, Visio, or similar).
• Process mapping and workflow documentation experience.
• Strong requirements elicitation and facilitation skills, with a track record of working closely with business SMEs.
