We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an immediate opening for a compassionate professional ready to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives during difficult transitions.

- Handle family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support matters, property division, restraining orders, and modifications.

- Assist senior attorneys with case preparation, legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.

- Conduct client consultations, providing empathetic guidance and clear communication.

- Participate in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances under supervision, with opportunities to take lead as experience grows.

- Collaborate with the team to develop case strategies focused on the best interests of clients and their families.

Qualifications

- JD from an accredited law school.

- 0-3 years of experience in family law (internships, clerkships, or related practice preferred but not required).

- Admitted to the Oregon Bar, currently applying, or willing to undergo the Oregon Bar application process.

- Strong research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client service.

- Passion for family law and helping clients navigate divorce, custody, and related issues.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
