Technical RecruiterWaystar is seeking a skilled and collaborative Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our engineering, data, and technology organizations. In this role, you will manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical positions while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders. You will help shape recruiting strategy, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and strengthen Waystar's employer brand in the tech market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, values strong relationships, and is excited to recruit talent that powers innovative healthcare technology solutions.Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, data science, machine learning, and technology leadership positionsPartner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profilesBuild and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, networking, and proactive outreachConduct recruiter screens to assess technical capability, communication skills, motivation, and culture alignmentDevelop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future technical hiring needsCoordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth and well organized experience for candidates and interview teamsGather interview feedback and lead debrief discussions to support thoughtful and timely hiring decisionsServe as a brand ambassador for Waystar by representing our values, culture, and mission in every candidate interactionStay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices within the tech spacePartner with compensation and HR to manage offers that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with market dataSupport onboarding handoff to ensure a positive transition from candidate to new hireChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion by promoting inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruiting processBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in technology, SaaS, or healthcare technology environmentsStrong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring challenges within engineering and data teamsProven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneouslyExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting toolsExcellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skillsComfort working with hiring managers at varying levels, including senior leadershipPassion for creating a positive, inclusive candidate experienceCuriosity and willingness to leverage AI driven tools and innovative sourcing techniques to improve recruiting outcomesThrough a smart platform and better experience, Waystar helps providers simplify healthcare payments and yield powerful results throughout the complete revenue cycle.Waystar's healthcare payments platform combines innovative, cloud-based technology, robust data, and unparalleled client support to streamline workflows and improve financials so providers can focus on what matters most: their patients and communities.
