Description
Aerospace company seeking Sewing / Assembly Operators to support fabrication of aircraft insulation blankets and final assembly operations for a high-rate aerospace manufacturing program. Aerospace experience is preferred but not required.

Pay rate: $18.47 – $23.00 DOE
Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Weekly paycheck (Atm debit card or direct deposit)

Responsibilities:
MUST PROVIDE RESUME
- Cut, prepare, and handle insulation, fabric, and related materials.
- Operate industrial sewing and/or material sealing equipment.
- Fabricate aircraft insulation blanket assemblies.
- Install hook-and-loop fasteners, seals, tapes, and other assembly components.
- Perform basic measuring, trimming, fitting, and assembly operations.
- Follow drawings, templates, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
- Perform visual inspections of completed work.
- Complete required production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work as part of a production team to achieve daily output requirements.
- Follow all safety and quality requirements.
Qualifications:
- Industrial sewing or aerospace assembly experience preferred but not required.
- Relevant experience may include upholstery, garment manufacturing, textile fabrication, automotive interiors, aircraft interiors, production assembly, or similar hands-on manufacturing.
- Experience operating industrial sewing equipment is preferred.
- Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive precision work while maintaining consistent quality.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a production environment.
- Willingness and ability to learn aerospace manufacturing and quality requirements.
