Store Manager

DESCRIPTION

The Store Manager oversees all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for driving results through leadership, training, and a commitment to Luckin Coffee's standards and brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage scheduling, labor efficiency, and staffing levels to meet operational demands.
• Oversee employee training, development, and certification progress for all store roles.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations to support growth and accountability.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Operations & Quality Control

• Oversee daily operations including product preparation, inventory control, and store organization.
• Ensure compliance with all Luckin Standard Operation (LSO) procedures and safety, sanitation, and labor standards.
• Manage store-level KPI tracking and reporting, including:
  
  • Raw Material Loss Rate
  • Hourly Cup Volume & Average Production Time
  • Store Food Safety Audit Score & Microbial Inspection Compliance
  • Customer Satisfaction (App & In-store Feedback)
  • Operational Notice Completion Rate
• Maintain accuracy in ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to ensure product quality.
• Respond promptly to audits, inspections, or operational escalations.

Customer Experience & Brand Stewardship

• Model Luckin Coffee's hospitality principles and lead by example in customer interactions.
• Monitor service quality, beverage consistency, and brand presentation.
• Address customer concerns and feedback with professionalism and service recovery techniques.
• Cultivate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects Luckin's values of innovation and quality.

Training Requirements:

• Successful completion of Luckin Standard Operation (LSO) Certifications 100 to LSO 400 prior to or upon assumption of this role.

Failure to complete any of the certifications within this timeframe may result in re-evaluation and/or termination of your employment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Full, open availability including morning, evening, weekend shifts, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement under applicable state law.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift and hold up to 25 lbs.
