RN - PCU

Registered Nurse

This is an extension position. The role requires an RN specializing in progressive care. The unit consists of 22 beds with a patient ratio of 4:1. Patients include those recovering from cardiac procedures. Experience with telemetry is necessary. The position involves caring for adults, specifically post-cardiac catheter lab patients and those undergoing cardioversions. The ideal candidate should be team-oriented with good communication skills. Flexibility in scheduling is essential. The dress code includes navy scrubs, and offensive tattoos are not permitted. This position is for a variable shift with weekend hours required every other weekend. There are no call requirements for this role. Candidates are expected to float as needed.
