Position Overview

The Fund Strategy Manager works closely with investment and portfolio teams to design, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives at the fund level. The role involves evaluating fund performance, optimizing capital deployment, and supporting strategic decision-making for both existing and new investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fund-level strategies to optimize portfolio performance and capital allocation

• Conduct research, market analysis, and fund performance benchmarking to support strategic initiatives

• Assist with portfolio construction, scenario modeling, and strategic planning for new fund launches or capital commitments

• Prepare fund-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees

• Identify opportunities to improve fund performance, operational efficiency, and strategic positioning

• Support fundraising, investor communications, and strategic advisory initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fund strategy aligns with broader organizational goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

• Strong understanding of investment funds, portfolio management, and capital markets

• Experience in private equity, credit, real assets, hedge funds, or fund-level strategy (preferred but not required)

• Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis

• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills; familiarity with analytics tools a plus

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple fund-level strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments

• Strong interest in investment strategy, fund performance optimization, and capital allocation
