This is not an entry-level role — it’s ideal for someone organized, confident communicating with others, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a professional office setting.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, interview, and match candidates with client opportunities
• Build strong relationships with local businesses and job seekers
• Manage a high volume of calls, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure associate readiness
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with your team to reach office goals

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a professional, customer-facing role (recruiting, sales, retail leadership, account management, or similar)
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new people daily
• Experience working toward metrics, goals, or performance expectations
• Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
• Clean background required
