Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will lead the end-to-end architecture and technical strategy for complex enterprise programs across BFSI and Consumer domains. You will work directly with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, delivery leaders, and executive sponsors to transform ambiguous business problems into scalable, secure, resilient, and implementable enterprise solutions. This is not a “slide architect” role. We are looking for architects who enjoy going deep into systems, integrations, operational realities, non‑functional constraints, and delivery execution. You are expected to combine strong architecture fundamentals with modern AI‑assisted engineering practices to accelerate solutioning while maintaining enterprise‑grade rigor and governance. You will operate across the full lifecycle: Solution architecture Technical presales Architecture governance Delivery oversight AI‑led engineering enablement You are expected to actively leverage AI tooling in your day-to-day architecture workflow — including HLD/LLD generation, architecture analysis, ADR production, documentation acceleration, integration design, evaluation frameworks, resilience planning, and engineering reviews You are both: a strategic technology advisor to customers and a hands‑on architecture leader for delivery team What you'll do Customer Discovery & Consultative Design Lead deep-dive discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders to surface the real problem, the desired outcomes, and the constraints that matter Translate business objectives into a target‑state architecture with trade‑offs clearly articulated Build credibility with C-level and senior client stakeholders through clarity, candour, and command of the detail Solution Architecture & Detailed Design Own end-to-end solution architecture for custom builds and package implementations across BFSI Architect high-volume, high-availability, multi-region cloud-native systems — active-active topologies, regional failover, data replication, consistency models Produce HLDs, LLDs, integration blueprints, data architecture, deployment topology, and non‑functional designs covering performance, scalability, resilience, security, and observability Define integration strategy across core systems, SaaS platforms, third‑party services, and legacy estates Make and defend technology choices grounded in the customer's context, not preference Embed FD Ryze, FulcrumOne, and Rank Above where they shorten time-to-value — and design clean extension points where they don't AI Architecture & AI‑Assisted Engineering Design enterprise AI and GenAI architectures using modern AI patterns Architect retrieval and knowledge solutions using RAG, vector search, embeddings, and hybrid retrieval strategies Design agentic AI workflows with orchestration, tool connectivity, MCP integration, model routing, and human-in-the-loop controls Define enterprise AI governance patterns — evaluation frameworks, observability, auditability, prompt versioning, guardrails, safety controls, feedback loops, and responsible AI practices. Use AI-assisted engineering workflows daily — for architecture documentation, HLD/LLD creation, ADR generation, integration analysis, code scaffolding, testing strategies, resilience planning, and operational analysis Apply engineering judgement to validate AI-generated outputs and preserve enterprise-grade rigour Leverage FD Ryze and FD Ryze Nexus to accelerate delivery without compromising on quality Presales & Solution Defence Lead the technical response to RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals— own the solution narrative, estimates, and risk posture Present and defend architecture to customer ARBs and procurement panels Partner with sales, delivery, and practice leads to shape engagements that are commercially sound and technically deliverable Delivery Governance & Engineering Leadership Provide architectural oversight through delivery— review designs, unblock teams, sign off on critical changes, and protect the integrity of the solution Mentor solution leads, technical leads, and senior engineers; raise the bar on design thinking across the team Drive POCs, technology evaluations, and reference architectures Contribute to internal accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets that compress time-to-value for future clients What you'll bring 10–15 years architecting end-to-end enterprise solutions, with 4+ years in a Solution Architect or equivalent leadership role Deep BFSI domain experience — banking, payments, P&C insurance; familiarity with KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, data residency, and how regulation shapes architecture Cloud-native depth on AWS, Azure, or GCP — HA, DR, active-active, multi-region Hands-on AI-assisted engineering: copilots, agentic workflows, GenAI patterns (RAG, evals), applied to real enterprise delivery Strong communicator — equally useful in a CIO conversation and a code review Master's degree preferred What We Offer Marquee, high-complexity engagements with BFSI and Consumer leaders — the kind of problems that actually stretch an architect.
