Position Summary TheClient Support Coordinator is an entry-level roleresponsible for supporting the Client Advocacy Teamin managing incoming client communications,processing VA correspondence, and ensuring accurateand timely updates to client files. This role playsa critical part in maintaining organization,responsiveness, and a high level of client service acrossall case touchpoints.This is an ideal position forsomeone looking to start a career in veteranadvocacy, legal support, or case management operations. Key Responsibilities Client CommunicationsSupport Answerinbound calls from existing clients and verify identity Providebasic case status updates when available Documentall client interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems Escalatecomplex or sensitive inquiries to appropriate team members Mail & DocumentProcessing Open,review, and sort incoming VA mail and client correspondence Scanand upload documents in client’s legal file in Sharepoint Checkif VA documents (e.g. Rating Decision Letters) have alreadybeen pulled from VBMS UpdateMail board appropriately Followproper document naming conventions and file organization standards Case Support &Coordination Assistwith tracking case updates and ensuring files are complete Submitinternal requests for case status updates when needed SupportAppeals and Post-Appeals teams with administrative tasks Maintainaccurate notes and updates across all systems Operational Support Followall SOPs for mail handling, document processing, and client communication UtilizeCRM, SharePoint, and RingCentral for daily workflows Participatein team training and ongoing process improvement initiatives Collaboratewith team members to ensure smooth workflow and case progression Highschool diploma or equivalent Strongattention to detail and organizational skills Abilityto multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Professionaland empathetic communication style Strongcritical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies Preferred Qualifications Priorexperience in customer service, call center, oradministrative support Experienceworking with veterans or in a legal/medical environment Familiaritywith CRM or task management systems Who You Are Youare detail-oriented and highly organized, with the abilityto manage tasks, documents, and updates with accuracy and consistency Youcommunicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and inwriting, and can confidently interact with clients and team members Youare accountable and reliable, taking ownership of your workand following through without the need for constant oversight Youare able to work in a fast-paced, structured environment andeffectively manage multiple priorities at once Youare coachable and receptive to feedback, with the ability toimplement direction quickly and improve performance Youfollow established processes and SOPs consistently whilemaintaining quality and efficiency Youare proactive in identifying issues, asking questions, andensuring tasks are completed correctly Youare comfortable learning and working within multiple systems Youunderstand the importance of timeliness, accuracy andprofessionalism when handling client matters 401(k) Health insurance Paidtime off Vision insurance Southwest Law Firm, PLLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
