While resembling roles such as Chief Marketing Officer in a commercial setting, the Head of Community Impact focuses on strategic engagement, trust-building, and mission execution rather than traditional marketing. Responsibilities include managing the brand's identity, digital presence, and engagement efforts to create strong community partnerships and drive adoption. Working closely with the CEO, the Head of Community Impact will spearhead development of the organization's digital assets and engagement strategies, including the website, content, and community-oriented programs. This role requires leadership in social media, SEO, and GEO strategy execution, along with cultivating partnerships and direct community interactions. As a strategic leader and hands-on team builder, they will lead initiatives to enhance field engagement and national programming, ensuring the organization listens to and collaborates effectively with community leaders, thus strengthening community trust and engagement.
