Epic Lead Professional Billing / Claims Analyst Location: Remote/Hybrid (Travel as needed) Open for C2C/W2 Position Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Lead Professional Billing (PB) / Claims Analyst to lead the design, build, testing, deployment, and optimization of Epic Billing solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver Epic PB/HB enhancements, support system implementations, and drive successful project execution. Required Skills & Experience Epic Professional Billing (PB) and/or Claims certification (current certification required) Strong expertise in Epic Professional Billing and/or Hospital Billing (HB) 7+ years of Epic EHR implementation experience Experience with all phases of Epic implementation: Discovery & requirements gathering; Workflow analysis and design; Testing (unit, integrated, and user acceptance); End-user training; Go-Live support; Optimization and maintenance Experience leading workflow discussions, documentation, and system design sessions Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, billing, claims, and patient access workflows Experience troubleshooting complex Epic application issues and supporting production environments Ability to create project plans, status reports, and technical documentation Experience coordinating with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Business Needs Inc.
