Texas Licensed Insurance Agent

To support a growing insurance team, the full-time Remote Insurance Representative will manage inbound calls from warm leads to identify customer needs, educate clients on insurance products, and close sales while working remotely from Texas. Key responsibilities Conduct consultations with prospective clients to determine their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions Educate customers on various insurance products and identify opportunities for additional sales Resolve inquiries and service-related issues by researching and analyzing customer concerns effectively Required qualifications At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use multiple screens and applications simultaneously Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old Availability for paid training, including licensing and product training
