The Role This is a full-time hybrid Owner role based in the Central Bay-Thumb Region , covering Bay, Saginaw, Midland, Tuscola, Huron, Sanilac, Lapeer, Jackson, Calhoun, Hillsdale and surrounding counties. As the Owner , you will: Oversee agency operations Target Sales Goals for all product lines Meet Customer needs Develop and implement business strategies Manage financial performance Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and applicable laws Some work-from-home flexibility is available. Qualifications Proven leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills Experience in the insurance or financial services industry Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success in business development and growth Knowledge of life, home, auto, and business insurance products Professional certifications such as CIC, CPCU, or AAI are a plus Why Join Us?
