• Experience with Desktop Management
• Experience with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
• Experience with MS Office and other end-user standard apps (Adobe, Anti-Virus, etc.)
• Basic troubleshooting experience on Windows 10 and 11
• Experience with deployment tools like SCCM / Intune
• Knowledge of end-user data backup tools
• Prior experience of working in Life Science industry and R&D labs (preferred)
• Good communication skills – client-facing role

Role Overview

Seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide onsite end-user support, including data backup, Windows 11 upgrades, and basic troubleshooting for Windows 10 and 11 environments. The role requires experience with desktop management, deployment tools, and end-user applications.

Technical Core & Responsibilities

• End user data backup
• End user system upgrade to Windows 11
• Basic troubleshooting on Windows 10 and 11
• Use of deployment tools like SCCM / Intune
• Knowledge of end-user data backup tools
• Support for MS Office and other end-user standard apps (Adobe, Anti-Virus, etc.)
• Desktop Management support
• Client-facing communication
