Windows Admin UEX (Azure Virtual Desktops, Remote Desktop Services, FSLogix, Universal Printing and Windows 365) – Technical Support Engineer Shift: Night Shift Only Designation: Technical Support Engineer Role: Technical Support Engineer Location: Bellevue, WA – Only in-person interview JOB DESCRIPTION Windows User Experience Roles & Responsibilities Having 4 years of Windows & Networking Engineer experience in supporting production environment including customer-facing or customer support roles. Having Azure domain experience is a big asset. User Experience (UEX) RDS (Remote Desktop Services) UI Shell WMI Script PowerShell Printing Apps App-V UE-V Storage & High Availability (HA) Active Directory Fundamentals Strong communication skills Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Demonstrable troubleshooting skills Cross-team collaboration Mandatory Skills Remote Desktop Services Terminal Services Desktop Support RDP Windows Administration Windows Server AD DHCP DNS UEX Desirable Skills Remote Desktop Services Terminal Services Desktop Support RDP Windows Administration Windows Server AD DHCP DNS UEX Years of Experience 7 to 10 Years Technical Skills Networking (NET) TCP/IP communications DNS Access to file shares (SMB) Access to file shares (DFS namespace) Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Wireless networking and 802.1X authentication Remote access (Direct Access) Site-to-site VPN connectivity issues Remote access (VPN, RRAS and CMAK) Performance (PERF) Bug checks, Stop errors, and unexpected restarts Error while starting the computer, or you cannot start Windows High CPU utilization, Memory leak or resource depletion Application error, hang, or crash
