Job Responsibilities * Prepares all food and menu items according to Executive Chef guidance, standardized recipes and special dietary orders, including soups, appetizers, sides, and main dishes * Ensures consistent excellence in quality, temperature and presentation of all food

• Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
• Complies with standards for personal hygiene and dress code
• Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of kitchen tools and equipment
• Works collaboratively and cooperatively with FOH to provide quality services
