Job Description At myHHBS, we are a growing team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, MasterLevel Supervisors, Registered Behavior Technicians, and BehaviorTherapists in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior AnalysisTherapy (ABA). We are currentlyseeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavior Therapists for part-time positions to deliver quality, compassionate and empathetic one-on-one services throughout Los Angeles County. Positions - 5 Location 1: East Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Huntington Park Must be available within the hours of 3:00-7:30 at least 3 days during the week (Mon-Fri) Requirements Behavior Therapist Duties and Responsibilities: Helpimplement treatment plans as part of a dynamic team under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Master’s level supervisor. Collect data on all programs. Analyzeand assist young clients in developing appropriate social behaviors and life skills Recorddetailed observation notes for every client Collaboratewith family members to obtain feedback on progress and providesupport Attendclinical team meetings and training sessions Workindependently as well as on a team, taking instruction and constructive feedback positively to ensure a high quality of service to the client Behavior Therapist Requirements and Qualifications: Flexible afternoon/early evening schedule Bachelor’sdegree in psychology, social work, or related field(preferred) - Max hourly rate is if applicant has MA/MS degree Highschool diploma/GED certificate and AA/60 college course units(required) Spanish(preferred) Experienceworking with children, preferably those with special needs RBTcertification (or willingness to become certified) Abilityto lift 40 pounds and sit/play on the floor for extended periodsof time NegativeTB test within the last 60 days Must have valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and own transportation Passpre-employment background check Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour Competitivepay and initial and ongoing paid training Compensationfor mileage and travel time if traveling from one client toanother in same day RBT supervision Paidsick time Opportunitiesfor annual pay increases 401K participation for all employees after 1 year - 4% match #J-18808-Ljbffr myHHBS
