At Kosmo Machine, precision isn't just what we do - it's who we are. We're looking for a Lead CNC Machinist to take ownership of our night shift team - someone who doesn't just run machines, but develops talent and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership role where your experience, judgment, and craftsmanship shape the success of others.


Compensation

• $32-$38/hour ($66,560-$79,040 annually), plus $1-$2/hour premium, and 10% shift differential

• 4-Day Work Week: Train during the day (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am-4:30 pm), then move to 4 pm-2:30 am. No mandatory overtime - take it if you want it

• Quality Matters: Check your teams work before sending it to our Quality department for further review

• Leadership and Machining Experience: Use your proven leadership and machining talent to teach the next generation

• Set the standard: You set the foundation for quality and consistency to ensure precision and geometric accuracy
• Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship, a valid VA Driver's License (good driving record), and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen (including marijuana) are required.
