What we’re looking for Customer Service Reps will provide excellent service to our customers, handle orders over the phone or in person, and support store operations. This position is part‑time and located at 1383 S Diamond Bar Blvd. Pay $20.00 per hour Requirements You must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to perform the following physical tasks: Stand and walk during all tasks; walk on various surfaces including tile, linoleum, and ceramic blocks. Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 pounds, cases up to 350 lbs, and stacking items up to 72” high. Carrying and pushing: trays and items up to 30 lbs, dollies requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force. Climbing: occasional stairs or ladders, and forward bending at the waist for up to 45 seconds repeatedly. Reaching: above 72” to access oven controls and shelving; downwards to scoop and wash. Crouching/squatting to stock and clean low areas. Hand tasks: use of fingers, forearms, and wrists for dough shaping, pizza cutting, and box assembly. Use of hand tools such as pizza peel, cutter, calculator, and keyboard or touch screen. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and correctly; monetary change accuracy required. Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for processing orders. Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination required for precise movements. Responsibilities Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Assist with training of new team members as directed. Operate computer or touch screen to enter orders accurately. Ensure proper handling of cash and make correct monetary change. Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow safety guidelines for hot surfaces, sharp edges, and mechanical parts. Respond to customer inquiries on the phone and in person. Carry out general store duties such as stocking, bagging, and restocking as needed. Training Orientation and hands‑on training provided on the job. Training covers customer service, order processing, safety procedures, and equipment operation. Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather when removing trash or performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F +; rapidly changing conditions common. Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F. Physical environment includes cramped walk‑in cooler and hot equipment. Risk of cuts or burns from sharp edges and oven tools.
