Swedesboro, NJ | Monday–Friday | 2 Evenings Weekly Until 7 PM $78,000–$99,000/year | $20,000 Sign-On Bonus + $350/Month Student Loan Assistance
The OpportunityThis outpatient orthopedic center in Swedesboro, NJ is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join a small, collaborative team treating sports medicine, vestibular, and general orthopedic cases. You'll work in a patient-focused environment dedicated to helping people return to athletics, work, and the activities they love. With structured mentorship available, this role is an excellent fit for new graduates and experienced clinicians alike.

Your Day-to-Day- Evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic patient population using evidence-based techniques
- Develop, document, and progress individualized treatment plans
- Direct and collaborate with physical therapy assistants to deliver consistent, high-quality care
- Maintain communication with physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors
- Participate in team meetings and center initiatives
- Complete required corporate and clinical training while maintaining compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- Current CPR certification
