This role offers the opportunity to lead the B/OSS environment and corporate operating systems for a rapidly growing FTTH platform. The successful candidate will oversee system migrations, standardize processes across acquired businesses, and develop scalable integration strategies to support continued growth and future acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

Lead full migration from Sonar to Gaiia
Own B/OSS integrations across all systems
Standardize corporate operating stack platform-wide
Build repeatable acquisition integration playbooks
Drive adoption, reporting, and data integrity

Skills/Must Have:

Hands-on ISP B/OSS migration experience
Strong SQL, ETL, and data migration
API integrations and workflow design
Experience with financial systems integrations
Change management and systems adoption ownership
