About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an authentic, values-driven leader with a strong operational discipline, a collaborative approach to building relationships, and a proven track record in scaling technology organizations. The COO will be responsible for partnering with the CEO to translate strategic vision into clear priorities and disciplined execution, as well as leading the company's operating rhythm, strengthening organizational structure, and improving cross-functional communication and collaboration. This role requires a decisive leader with sound judgment, who is energized by helping organizations thrive and is committed to fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' senior operational leadership experience, with a focus on scaling SaaS, software, or technology companies. The role demands a leader who is thoughtfully curious, humble, and comfortable making difficult decisions with confidence. Experience in partnering with B2B and/or B2G sales and marketing teams, as well as a demonstrated success in coaching and developing senior leaders, is essential. The successful candidate will also be adept at leveraging AI tools to enhance operational effectiveness and will work closely with the CEO to ensure the right people are in the right roles to support long-term scalability. A background in an entrepreneurial or founder-led organization, and experience with structured business operating systems, is preferred.
