We are seeking passionate and skilled Opticians to provide exceptional eyewear services and help customers see better. Key Responsibilities Include Assisting customers with their eyewear needs and explaining prescription details Measuring, adjusting, and fitting eyewear with precision Ensuring finished products meet optical standards and customer requests Helping customers select frames and lenses suited to their prescriptions, face shape, and lifestyle Collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding service and develop best practices Representing the brand by educating others about its values and mission Qualifications And Skills Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified in applicable states Passionate about eyewear and retail industries Excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical language Customer-focused, positive team player, adaptable in a fast-paced environment Extremely detail-oriented and eager to learn Professional, responsible, and open-minded Clear of exclusionary lists and compliant with legal requirements This role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, free eyewear, and educational support.
