Step into a dynamic role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working full-time and following the extended school year calendar. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a real impact by serving a caseload of 70-80 students per elementary campus in a collaborative environment dedicated to speech and language growth. Embrace the challenge of a supervisory function, guiding SLP Assistants and contributing to the professional development of Clinical Fellows.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to elementary-aged students
• Supervise and mentor SLP Assistants on campus, ensuring high standards of care
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create effective intervention strategies
• Perform assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Support and help train Clinical Fellows (CFs) as needed
• Manage an itinerant schedule between assigned campuses, adapting to diverse student needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all district and federal requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role required
• Comfort supervising SLP Assistants and supporting new Clinical Fellows
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Eligibility for relevant state licensure
• Experience with elementary (elm) populations is preferred
• Voco (teletherapy-only) candidates need not apply
