We're currently looking for an HVAC Apprentice who is ready to learn the trade from the ground up and build a long-term career in the industry. This is more than an entry-level role - it's a structured opportunity to develop real skills alongside experienced technicians. Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay $17.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Benefits Medical insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation Company-provided uniforms What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll work directly with experienced technicians and installers to learn HVAC systems in real-world environments. Assist with service, maintenance, and basic repairs on residential and light commercial systems Support installations, including equipment setup and job site preparation Help with system testing, start-ups, and performance checks Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Communicate professionally with customers when on-site Follow company procedures, safety standards, and best practices What Success Looks Like You show up on time, ready to work and learn You take direction well and ask questions when needed You steadily build technical skills and confidence in the field You represent the company professionally with customers Growth Path We don't hire for short-term help - we invest in people who want a career.
