Senior Manager, Strategic Projects & Portfolio

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Manager for Strategic Projects & Portfolio to lead cross-functional initiatives across the Americas. The role combines Chief of Staff responsibilities with enterprise project leadership, supporting customer experience, operational excellence, and digital transformation across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership team to develop integrated operating agenda and strategic priorities
- Lead planning and execution of strategic initiatives from charter through value realization and closeout
- Maintain project portfolio, roadmaps, and dashboards tracking progress, risks, and resource requirements
- Establish governance processes for project intake, evaluation, prioritization, and approval
- Connect work across regions and functions to ensure stakeholder alignment and surface interdependencies
Requirements
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in matrix organizations
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into integrated operating plans and execution
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Project portfolio management expertise with governance and decision-making processes
- Proficiency with project management tools, dashboards, and performance tracking systems
- Proven problem-solving and risk management capabilities
