Neuro Interventional Radiology Technologist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and technical expertise in the Neuro Interventional Radiology Unit. This position will involve working with advanced imaging and sedation procedures within the Imaging department.

Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds: 321
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Scheduling Requirements: Monday to Friday dayshift with rotational call responsibilities on weekdays and weekends.
• Floating Policy: Staff will rotate to all departments within Imaging.

Responsibilities:

• Performing imaging procedures with a focus on interventional radiology.
• Administering moderate sedation in accordance with departmental protocols.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participating in continuous education and adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Interventional Radiology experience is required.
• Experience in Neuro Interventional Radiology is preferred.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.
• Must be a graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing.

Dress Code:

Uniform: Blue scrubs are required.
