B2B Lead Generation, Web Scraping & Prospect List-Building Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented B2B lead generation specialist to build, research, verify, and deliver highly targeted prospect lists across multiple niches.

This is not a bulk project. Our campaigns are low-volume and quality-focused, so accuracy, careful qualification, and clean data matter more than volume. This role is strictly for lead generation and list building.

**Target market:** Hawaii, Alaska, Arizona, the Pacific Time Zone, and possibly the Mountain Time Zone.

**Service being marketed:** Local SEO and Answer Engine Optimization.

**Target decision-makers:** Practice Manager, Practice Administrator, General Manager, Medical Director, Owner, Founder, or Owner/DVM.

Target practices should generally be:

* Independently owned
* Approximately 2 to 8 veterinarians
* At least 35 online reviews
* Rated above 4.0
* Ranking outside the top three local map results, generally positions 4 to 15, for relevant search terms

Please exclude:

* Solo, one-doctor practices
* Mobile or equine-only practices
* Corporate chains and consolidators, including VCA, BluePearl, NVA, Pathway, Thrive, VetCor, and similar groups

Practice size and ownership must be verified rather than assumed from broad database filters.

**Target market:** Hawaii, Alaska, Arizona, the Pacific Time Zone, and possibly the Mountain Time Zone.

**Target decision-makers:** Practice Director, Clinical Director, Founder, or Owner.

We are looking for group practices with at least two clinicians. Exclude solo practitioners. Verify that each organization is genuinely a group practice and identify the most appropriate decision-maker.

Potential sources include therapist directories, professional registries, practice websites, business databases, and other relevant public sources.

Target organizations:

* Foreign embassies in Manila
* International and private schools throughout the Philippines
* International exchange organizations worldwide
* Scholarship organizations worldwide
* Other institutions that may require Tagalog or English language training

Target decision-makers may include HR Directors, Administrative Heads, Procurement Officers, Program Directors, Training Managers, Learning and Development personnel, and others responsible for language training or educational programs.

This campaign may require more manual research because the correct contact will vary by organization.

* Build lists based on detailed inclusion and exclusion criteria
* Scrape relevant business websites, directories, registries, and other appropriate public sources
* Research and qualify every prospect
* Identify the correct decision-maker
* Verify business type, size, ownership, location, and other details
* Exclude chains, solo practices, irrelevant organizations, and incorrect job titles
* Find direct professional emails whenever reasonably available
* Enrich and verify company and contact records
* Remove duplicates, invalid contacts, and low-quality records
* Deliver clean CSV files ready for Instantly.ai

Each record should include as much of the following as reasonably available: company or organization name, first and last name, exact job title, verified professional email, website, LinkedIn URL, location, number of veterinarians or clinicians, ownership or chain status, review count and rating, local search position or visibility data, qualification notes, and source notes.

All emails must be checked using NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, BounceBan, MillionVerifier, or a comparable tool. Bounce rate must stay below below 2%.

Remove or clearly flag invalid, high-risk, catch-all, duplicate, and generic addresses such as info@, admin@, and sales@. Generic addresses may be acceptable for embassies, schools, and similar organizations when no direct contact is available, but they must be identified.

Experience with Apollo.io, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apify, PhantomBuster, Databar, Persana, FullEnrich, BetterContact, email verification tools, web and directory scraping tools, licensed B2B databases, and spreadsheet cleanup is preferred.

Clay is not required. We are open to any reliable and cost-effective workflow that produces accurate, qualified, and verified data.

Strong attention to detail and clear written English are essential.
