Print Production Associate

Hummel Pro North America

Join a team that values precision and quality in every detail. Hummel is looking for a Print Production Associate to support our growing operations in Grafton, WI. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about the apparel industry, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Apply vinyl numbers, letters, and logos to garments using a heat press while ensuring proper placement and adherence to quality standards.
Apply markers to garments according to production specifications and order requirements.
Prepare production materials by unbagging apparel, staging print areas, and cutting vinyl to meet job specifications.
Conduct quality checks throughout the production cycle to ensure accuracy, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
Pick and package finished goods using picklists, upload orders, and generate shipping labels for outbound shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and organized material handling.

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely .
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience in apparel production is a plus.
