Westwood High School is a thriving community with approximately 840 students in grades 9-12. Qualifications Previous volleyball coaching experience is desirable. Knowledge of the MIAA Handbook and rules. Previous experience in high school, college, or both is desirable. Must be concussion certified. Must be CPR/AED certified. Must have or obtain MIAA Coaches Education Certification. Must communicate effectively with school administration, faculty, parents, and student‑athletes. Should supervise team events and promote a positive learning environment. Must have a flexible schedule for home and away games. Must communicate with the athletic trainer concerning injuries and student‑playing status. Job Requirements At least 4 years of relevant experience preferred. High school or trade school degree preferred. Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
