Our seasoned specialists excel in conventional and cutting-edge geotechnical techniques, offering innovative foundation designs, ground improvement and stabilization strategies, and earth retention solutions tailored to the unique challenges of each site.The mission of the Project Manager is to, under general supervision, deliver quality projects on time and within budget for those projects which are assigned to him or her.The ideal candidate should have:Experience in the analysis and design of geotechnical systems, including shallow and deep foundations, earth retention, slope stability, and ground improvement, with the ability to produce clear, defensible geotechnical reports and recommendations.Experienced in construction materials testing and IBC special inspection in support of construction phase services including observation, testing, and troubleshooting during earthwork and vertical construction phases of construction.Demonstrated success in winning projects, contract negotiations, project execution, and maintaining client relationships.Familiarity with standard and geotechnical related computer applications such as Microsoft Office, EnSoft suite, Geostudio, gINT, etc.Mentoring and developing staff, including younger engineers and technicians, with a focus on technical growth, accountability, and building high-performing teams that support both project delivery and business objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program5–7 years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering and/or construction materials testing (CMT), including both design and construction-phase services.Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required, or the ability to obtain licensure within six (6) months of hire.Benefits:Competitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for advancementHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchThree Notch Group. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
