About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President/Chief Lending Officer (SVP/CLO) to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for the vision, strategy, and performance of the consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending divisions. Applicants for the SVP/CLO position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of executive experience in a credit union or bank with more than $1 billion in assets. A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. The role requires a leader who can align lending strategies with the company's mission, and who is adept at identifying market opportunities and managing portfolio performance.
