Landrum Talent Solutions has partnered with a highly respected, non-profit organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to secure a visionary and collaborative Chief Executive Officer to lead its next chapter of growth and impact.
The CEO will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership while serving as the organization’s chief advocate, spokesperson, and community ambassador. The successful candidate will lead a talented executive team, strengthen community partnerships, advance fundraising efforts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that transform lives of the clients they serve.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least five (5) years of management experience in staff supervision, budgeting, and program development; or a master’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Management experience within the non-profit industry and knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act regulations and/or experience working with the I/DD community are highly preferred.
- Proven track record of creating and expanding programs, securing philanthropic support, and serving as a visible and engaged leader within the community.
- Strong business and financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to oversee budgets, manage resources responsibly, and ensure long-term organizational sustainability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with key personnel—including officers, directors, and committee chairpersons.
