Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Ashland, AL. This role involves providing physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments per physician orders/referrals
Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures
Review patient records for diagnosis, medical history, and necessary precautions
Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable goals
Regularly reassess treatment plans and adjust as needed
Communicate patient needs and progress with the treatment team and relevant parties
Consult with medical providers regarding patient care and discharge
Recommend and assist with adaptive equipment for patients
Maintain documentation in compliance with regulations and standards
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
Participate in staff development and continuing education

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

Valid DPT license
Proficiency with HCHB electronic charting system
Knowledge of disease processes and patient education
