Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)
Location: San Jose, CA
Job Type: In-Person
Diamond Cut Marketing is looking for friendly, motivated, and bilingual individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives!
We provide hands-on training, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop professional skills, with potential advancement into Senior Representative and Team Lead positions.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, and available options.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish.
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service during face-to-face interactions.
- Explain products and services while helping customers make informed decisions.
- Work alongside team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to strengthen customer service and communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
