This position supports receiving, order fulfillment, and returns/transfer processing within the distribution center.ReceivingResponsible for the accurate and efficient intake of inbound inventory and system entry.Unload and sort inbound shipmentsComplete receiving documentation and apply pallet/carton labelsBuild, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packagesConduct quality inspections and resolve issues related to packaging, labeling, or taggingCommunicate inventory arrivals and escalate discrepancies as neededOrder Fulfillment (DTC & Store Replenishment)Ensure accurate, high-quality order processing across all outbound shipments.Perform replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping functions in accordance with established standardsAccurately pick and pack orders to ensure shipment quality and completenessLoad and move carts to support order processing workflowsBuild, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packagesReturns & TransfersProcess returned merchandise and store transfers with a high level of accuracy and accountability.Unload and sort inbound returns and transfer shipmentsInspect items and record inventory in systemDetermine inventory disposition in accordance with company guidelinesPerform processing tasks such as steaming garments, sorting items for cleaning, and preparing products for storagePack and organize inventory for redistribution or storageOperations & SystemsUtilize warehouse technology including Chuck/6RS robots, handheld scanners, laptops, and other devicesFollow on-screen prompts and system instructions to complete tasks accuratelyParticipate in annual physical inventory and cycle counts as neededWorkplace StandardsSafety: Follow all safety protocols and remain aware of surroundings when working near machinery, carts, and equipmentOrganization: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environmentHousekeeping: Contribute to overall facility cleanliness, including shared spaces such as breakrooms and restroomsTeam Support: Assist in additional operational areas as needed to support business needsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMust be at least 18 years of ageReliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as neededPreferred Skills1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience preferredBasic technology proficiency, including handheld scanners and timekeeping systemsStrong attention to detail with the ability to count and process inventory accuratelyTeam-oriented with a strong work ethic and sense of accountabilityPositive attitude and commitment to operational excellencePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periodsAbility to use carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment to move merchandiseComfortable working around warehouse machinery such as forklifts and order pickersAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moderate noise levels, and exposure to dustAdditional InformationThis job description is not all inclusive.
