Senior Care Therapist
Quality Moments is seeking a compassionate, client-centered and reflective professional to join our Clinical Team and provide high-quality behavioral health services to adults within community and long-term care settings.
Are you a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional?

Qualifications and Responsibilities of Senior Care Therapist
- Must be 21 years of age
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or another equivalently licensed mental health professional required.
- Passion for providing excellence-level support aimed at improving the quality of life for aging adults .
- Maintains professional ethical standards and adheres to all confidentiality and privacy requirements, including HIPAA.
- Prior experience with individuals experiencing out of home placement, the aging population, or other vulnerable populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including documentation, presentation, and real-time problem solving.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current automobile insurance meeting state minimum liability requirements.
- Ability to travel within Cincinnati and the surrounding areas to work with clients in the community.
