Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients, creating a safe space for open dialogue and self-exploration.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities relative to client requirements, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments of client progress and resilience and re-engage clients in meaningful therapeutic discussions.

• Provide referrals to other specialists or support services when needed to ensure holistic care for your clients.

• Document all therapeutic sessions accurately and in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

You will work with a diverse population that ranges from children and adolescents to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
